What Barnlark will do
The whole barn book, without the binder.
-
A record book for every horse
From foaling on: vaccines, worming, farrier, feed, papers and documents with due dates, photos, plus show costs and expenses.
-
A Due list, with reminders
See what's coming up across all your horses, and get a phone notification before care, papers or a show comes due.
-
Places you rely on
Save your own vet, farrier, feed store and barn, and look up vets, farriers and feed stores near a town you choose.
-
A US show chooser
Pick from shows that organizers list themselves, or write one in. Organizers can add theirs with “List your show.”
-
Backup to one file you keep
Save a full backup of your book to a single file, and restore it whenever you need to.

How it works
Three habits. One book.
Barnlark keeps records and reminders. It doesn't give veterinary advice, so your vet and farrier still set the schedule.
-
Step 1: Add your horses
A name, a foaling date and a photo is enough to start. Fill in papers and feed when you have a minute.
-
Step 2: Log care as it happens
Shots, worming, a trim or a test: note the date done and the date next due.
-
Step 3: Let Barnlark remind you
Check the Due list, get a notification ahead of time, and keep a backup file of the whole book.
Built for your barn
Whether it's one horse out back or a barn aisle full.
-
Backyard and boarding owners
Keep the vet, farrier and worming history in your pocket instead of on the feed-room calendar.
-
4-H and youth families
Papers, Coggins dates and show costs in one place when the project record book is due.
-
Amateur show riders
Choose your shows, track entry fees and expenses, and see what the season really cost.
-
Trainers and small barns
Keep records for several horses side by side, with a Due list across all your horses.
On the way (planned, not in the first release): cloud sync, sharing records with your vet or trainer, and scanning papers.
