Barnlark — Privacy Notice (Coming-Soon Website)

Barnlark is a horse-records app being built by Thought2Creations LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we," "us"). This notice covers only the barnlark.com website while the app is "coming soon."

What we collect

• If you email us to join the waitlist: your email address, your name if your email shows it, and anything you choose to write in the message.
• Basic technical data from our web host: like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.

This site has no sign-up forms, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

How we use it

We use your email only to reply to you and to tell you when Barnlark launches, plus occasional updates about Barnlark. Every update will include a simple way to opt out. You can also just reply "unsubscribe."

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Our email provider (Google Workspace) and web host (Vercel) process data for us only to provide their services.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until Barnlark launches and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept according to our host's standard retention.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or be removed from the waitlist, at any time by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them. This website is meant for visitors in the United States.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has emailed us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the effective date above. When the app launches, its full Privacy Policy will replace this notice at this address.
